PAYMENTS: All payments must be in the form of Cash OR Zelle ONLY. No other payment method will not be accepted. KLARNA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR LASH APPOINTMENTS!!! You will be refunded if you book through KLARNA.
LATE POLICY: Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you are running late, please communicate. There will be a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and must be rescheduled.
RESCHEDULING: If you are unable to make your appointment and need to reschedule, please do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Your paid booking fee will only go towards one reschedule. If you reschedule/cancel within 24 hours of your appointment and the day of, you will have to rebook your appointment.
NO CALL/NO SHOW: All no call no show clients will be banned from booking future appointments unless FULL amount of service missed is paid in full
HOW TO SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT: Lashes:Please arrive to your appointment with a clean face. Any oils, mascara, make up or lash glue will effect the retention on your set. If your lashes contain any of these, a $25 lash bath fee will be applied
BodySculpting: Drink 2 liters of water and come on an empty stomach
FILLS: A fill-in must be booked within 2-3 weeks. Please check your email from your last booking to confirm your next fill-in date. Anything over 3 weeks will be considered a fullest. I do not fill over another lash tech work. You will need to book a removal in addition to a fullset
SQUEEZE IN: Any appointment wanted that is not available on my calendar is considered a squeeze in. SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS are $50 extra. Please Call, text, or Email for a squeeze in appointmnet
